Where orders ship from
HiLamps ships orders from two sources, depending on the product and stock status.
- Some products are stocked in our U.S. warehouse in Buford, Georgia 30518 and ship from within the United States.
- Other products ship from our factory production base in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
If an item is made to order, customized, oversized, or not available in the U.S. warehouse, it may ship from China after production is complete.
Please do not send returns to our U.S. warehouse, operations office, or factory unless our team has confirmed the return instructions by email.

Order processing time
Processing time depends on where the item ships from and whether production is needed.

U.S. warehouse items: usually ship within 2 business days.

In-stock items shipping from China: usually ship within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order or customized fixtures: usually need 15 to 35 business days before shipment.

Large or complex custom fixtures: may take longer. We will confirm the estimated timing when reviewing the order.
Processing time does not include transit time.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery time depends on the shipping method, product size, destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

U.S. warehouse to U.S. address: usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address.

Courier or air shipment from China: usually 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Oversized or sea freight shipment: usually 21 to 36 days after dispatch.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing time is the time needed before your order ships. Shipping time depends on your delivery location, shipping method, product size, carrier conditions, and customs clearance if applicable.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order or before shipment. We will confirm the available shipping options, estimated delivery time, and shipping cost by email.
Oversized fixtures, remote delivery addresses, project orders, and custom orders may require a separate freight quote. If an extra shipping charge is needed, we will confirm the amount with you before collecting payment or shipping the order.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier.
Unless checkout or a written quote clearly says these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking information
When your order ships, we will send tracking information by email if tracking is available for the shipment method.
For large freight or sea freight orders, tracking updates may be less frequent than standard courier shipments.
Delivery inspection
Please inspect the package when it arrives. If the carton, wooden crate, glass, crystal, shade, or fixture parts appear damaged, take photos before unpacking further.
If there is damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Keep the packaging until we confirm the next step.

Incorrect address, refused delivery, or missed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing the order.
Extra carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed appointment, storage, re-delivery, or return freight may be the customer's responsibility.
