HiLamps can help adjust many standard fixtures before production. Custom work is handled through our factory production base in Zhongshan, Guangdong.
If you need a different size, finish, hanging length, voltage, or layout, send us the product link and your requirements before placing the order.
What can be customized
- Fixture size, including diameter, length, height, and overall proportion
- Number of tiers or layout, when the design allows it
- Finish options such as brass, bronze, black, nickel, chrome, antique, or project-specific finishes
- Hanging length, including cord, rod, chain, and stairwell drop height
- Canopy size or shape, when available
- Voltage, bulb base, LED color temperature, and dimming requirements
How the process works
- Send the product link, required size, finish, delivery country, and any drawings or room photos.
- We review the request and confirm whether the change can be made.
- We confirm the price, production time, and main specifications by email.
- Production starts after payment and written confirmation.
- The fixture is checked, packed, and prepared for international delivery.
Before you order
Not every fixture can be changed in every way. Some designs have limits because of structure, weight, material, wiring, or packing requirements.
Please confirm measurements, ceiling height, voltage, finish, and installation requirements before production begins. For custom lighting, the final order should match the details confirmed by email.
Custom and made-to-order fixtures are produced for a specific customer and are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
