HiLamps is a China-based lighting business. Our operations office is in Chengdu, and our factory production base is in Zhongshan, Guangdong. We sell decorative lighting through our website and support custom lighting, project orders, and trade account inquiries.

Online store terms

Products and custom orders
HiLamps sells chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, ceiling lights, stairwell lights, linear chandeliers, and custom decorative lighting.
Product photos, colors, finishes, stone, glass, crystal, size, and light color may vary slightly because of screen settings, material variation, hand finishing, and production tolerances.
For custom or made-to-order products, you are responsible for confirming the size, finish, voltage, hanging length, canopy requirements, installation conditions, and other specifications before production begins. Once production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Prices and availability
Prices, product details, promotions, shipping charges, and availability may change without notice.
We may correct errors, update product information, refuse an order, or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, shipping issue, customs issue, production issue, or suspected fraud.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund according to the payment status and order situation.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation email means we have received your order. It does not mean the order has been finally accepted if additional review is needed.
We may contact you to confirm product details, custom specifications, shipping information, payment information, or project requirements before production or shipment.
Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and supported payment providers. HiLamps does not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.
For custom lighting, oversized products, project orders, remote delivery areas, or expedited shipping, additional payment may be required after we confirm the details by email.
Shipping and delivery
Orders may ship from our U.S. warehouse in Buford, Georgia 30518, from available stock, or from our factory production base in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
Delivery times are estimates. Total delivery time includes processing time plus shipping time. Processing time depends on stock and production status. Shipping time depends on delivery location, shipping method, product size, carrier conditions, and customs clearance if applicable.
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, remote delivery fees, storage fees, re-delivery fees, or return freight charges may apply depending on the order and destination. Unless checkout or a written quote clearly says these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within the stated return window if they meet the policy conditions.
Custom, made-to-order, modified, and special-order fixtures are produced for a specific customer and are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Do not send products to our U.S. warehouse, operations office, factory, or any other address unless our team has confirmed the return instructions by email.
Installation and electrical safety
Lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician according to local electrical codes and site conditions.
HiLamps is not responsible for damage, injury, code violations, product failure, or installation problems caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, incorrect voltage, incompatible dimmers or bulbs, unsuitable environments, or failure to follow instructions.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is handled according to our Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage does not include labor, electrician fees, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, project delay, or other indirect costs unless required by law.
Accuracy of website information
We try to keep product information, prices, descriptions, shipping information, and availability accurate. Errors may still occur.
