Who we are
HiLamps is a China-based lighting brand with operations in Chengdu and factory production in Zhongshan, Guangdong. We supply decorative lighting for homes, interior design projects, hospitality spaces, and trade buyers.
Some customers order a single fixture from our website. Others come to us for custom sizes, project quantities, or trade account support. In both cases, our role is the same: help customers get lighting that fits the space, the order requirements, and the budget.
Why Zhongshan matters
Zhongshan, especially the Guzhen lighting area, is one of China's main centers for decorative lighting. The local supply chain includes metalwork, glass, crystal, stone, LED parts, surface finishing, assembly, packing, and export support.
This matters because a light fixture is rarely just one part. A chandelier may involve a metal frame, glass shades, crystal pieces, wiring, lamp holders, finishes, canopies, chains, rods, and custom packing. Working close to this supply chain gives us more flexibility with size, finish, materials, and project requests.
Factory and showroom
We will share photos from our factory and showroom so customers can see more of how we work. Factory photos show production, assembly, inspection, and packing. Showroom photos show finished fixtures, material options, scale, and finishes.
These images are not meant to make the process look bigger than it is. They are here to give customers a clearer view before placing an order, asking for customization, or discussing a project quote.
How our business works
HiLamps serves both retail and trade customers.
Retail customers can order standard fixtures directly through the website. These orders are common for homes, apartments, villas, restaurants, and small commercial spaces.
Trade customers can contact us by email for project pricing, custom specifications, batch orders, and trade account support. This includes interior designers, contractors, builders, hotels, retailers, importers, and purchasing teams.
Some products are available from stock. Others are made after the order details are confirmed. For custom work, we confirm the main specifications before production starts.
What we make
Our main products include chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, ceiling lights, stairwell fixtures, linear chandeliers, and large custom lighting pieces.
Customers often contact us when a standard fixture is close, but not quite right. The room may need a different size, a longer hanging length, a different finish, or a layout adjusted for a staircase, entryway, dining room, hotel lobby, or villa project.
Custom lighting support
Custom options vary by product. Common requests include size, finish, hanging length, rod or chain length, canopy size, voltage, color temperature, lamp holder type, and layout changes.
Not every fixture can be changed in every way. Before production, we review the request and confirm what can be made. The final order should match the details confirmed by email.
Trade account and project orders
For designers, contractors, builders, hotels, retailers, importers, and other project buyers, we can review trade account requests and project orders by email.
Please send product links, quantities, drawings if available, delivery country, and target timing. We can then review pricing, customization, packing, and shipping options.
Quality control and production communication
Before shipment, we check the fixture appearance, main parts, accessories, quantity, and packing. Large fixtures, glass parts, crystal parts, and stone lighting usually need stronger packing or wooden crates.
If your project has specific requirements, tell us before ordering. This includes size limits, ceiling height, voltage, installation conditions, packing needs, and delivery timing.
Lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician who understands local electrical codes and site conditions.
