Payment methods
HiLamps accepts secure online payments through our checkout. The payment methods available for your order will be shown at checkout.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Payment security
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and supported payment providers. HiLamps does not store your full credit card number on our own systems.
For your safety, please complete payment only through the official HiLamps checkout or through a payment link confirmed by our team by email.
When payment is charged
Payment is usually charged when you place the order. After payment is completed, you should receive an order confirmation email.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. You can also contact us at service@hilamps.com.
Custom, trade, and project orders
Custom lighting, trade orders, oversized fixtures, and project quantities may require a separate quote or payment instruction before production begins.
If an extra charge is needed for customization, expedited shipping, oversized freight, or a project order, we will confirm the amount with you before collecting payment.
Payment review
Some orders may need extra review before they are accepted. We may contact you if we need to confirm billing details, shipping details, stock status, custom requirements, or fraud prevention information.
If an order cannot be processed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Currency, taxes, and fees
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or transaction fees. These fees are not charged by HiLamps.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges may apply. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.
