Most HiLamps fixtures include a 3-year limited warranty from the delivery date. If a product page states a different warranty period, the product page controls.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects in the fixture frame, wiring, sockets, drivers, or factory assembly.
  • Missing parts reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Electrical or structural problems caused by a verified production defect.

What the warranty does not cover

  • Improper installation, misuse, accident, modification, wrong cleaning method, or normal wear.
  • Labor, electrician fees, removal, reinstallation, project delay, or other indirect costs.
  • Bulbs, consumables, remote batteries, and similar replaceable items unless required by law.
  • Natural variation in alabaster, stone, glass, crystal, wood, or hand-applied finishes.
  • Moisture, corrosion, outdoor use, voltage mismatch, incompatible dimmers, or unsuitable environments unless the product is rated for that use.
  • Shipping damage not reported within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty remedies

For approved claims, HiLamps may send replacement parts, help with repair, replace the product, issue a partial refund, or offer another practical solution. The remedy depends on the issue, product type, parts availability, and time since delivery.

How to file a claim

Email service@hilamps.com with your order number, photos or video, a short description, and installation details if relevant. Do not discard the product or parts until we confirm the next step.

Installation note

Lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician according to local electrical codes. Warranty coverage may be denied if the fixture was installed incorrectly, altered, overloaded, or used with incompatible parts.
