Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Hilamps! All our products come with a 3-year warranty (excluding bulbs), covering defects in design, material, or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Please keep your proof of purchase to help facilitate any warranty claims.

Coverage:

If you experience any product issues during the warranty period, please contact us at service@hilamps.com with a detailed description of the problem and relevant photos or videos. Our customer service team will respond within 12 hours to assist you.

For issues related to specific parts, we will send replacement parts free of charge (including 5-6 extra spare parts) via express shipping. If installation problems are causing poor product performance, our technical experts will assist you within 12 hours. We strongly recommend hiring a professional lighting technician for installation to ensure optimal results.

Please Note:

Replacements cover only the defective parts, not an entirely new product. If other parts (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs) are intact, we will only send the defective components. Please take proper care of your fixture while waiting for replacement parts. Damages caused by user negligence or natural disasters are not covered by this warranty.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Variations in natural materials, such as color or texture differences
  • Minor imperfections in handmade products
  • Damage due to improper handling of finishes
  • Fading or deterioration of products used outdoors
  • Unauthorized modifications or customizations
  • Problems arising from improper installation or misuse
