HiLamps works from a lighting factory base in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. We support decorative lighting orders for homeowners, designers, contractors, hotels, retailers, importers, and other project buyers.
Factory work we handle
- Chandeliers, linear chandeliers, pendants, wall sconces, ceiling lights, and large custom fixtures.
- Materials such as brass, iron, stainless steel, glass, crystal, alabaster, stone, acrylic, fabric shades, and LED parts.
- Custom size, finish, hanging height, canopy, color temperature, voltage, and layout changes.
- Project quotes, production checks, export packing, and freight coordination.
Custom order process
- Send the product link, drawings, room size, finish reference, quantity, delivery country, and target date.
- We check whether the request is practical and confirm details, timing, and price.
- Production starts after payment and written details are confirmed.
- The fixture is checked, packed, and shipped by courier, air freight, or sea freight depending on size and destination.
B2B and project buyers
For trade and project orders, we can discuss batch pricing, repeat orders, custom packing, labeling, and consolidated shipment. We do not promise a fixed MOQ on this page because requirements vary by product and project.
