HiLamps ships lighting orders from available stock and from our factory production base in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Delivery time depends on stock, production, customization, product size, destination, carrier capacity, and customs clearance.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, many European countries, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, contact service@hilamps.com.
Processing and production
- In-stock items usually leave the warehouse within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customized fixtures usually need 15 to 35 business days before shipment.
- Large or complex custom fixtures may take longer. We will confirm timing when we review the order.
Transit time
- Courier or air shipment commonly takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- Oversized or sea freight shipment commonly takes 30 to 60 days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, customs inspection, remote delivery areas, and freight appointments can add time.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout or confirmed by email for oversized, remote-area, project, or custom orders. Some products need an extra freight adjustment because of size, weight, destination, or shipment method. We will contact you before collecting any extra charge.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout or a written quote says these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the package when it arrives. If the carton, crate, glass, crystal, or fixture parts appear damaged, take photos before unpacking further and contact us within 7 days. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Address and failed delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Extra carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed appointment, storage, re-delivery, or return freight may be the customer's responsibility.
