SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At HiLamps.com, our warehouses are located in the United States, with manufacturing facilities situated in China. Your package may be dispatched from either location, depending on stock availability and delivery requirements. Currently, we ship to the following countries:

  • North America: United States, Canada
  • Oceania: Australia
  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Belgium

SHIPPING COST

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, ensuring seamless doorstep delivery for every purchase. Here are the standard shipping conditions:

For products with dimensions less than 36 inches, we use air freight for dispatch.

For products with dimensions of 36 inches or larger, we opt for sea freight.

Should you have special shipping requests, such as preferring air freight for products designated for sea freight shipping, please reach out to us at service@hilamps.com to discuss applicable shipping fees.

LEAD TIME

Typically, orders are fulfilled within a 2-4 week timeframe from the date of order placement to delivery. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for order processing due to the specialized nature of our lighting products, which require secure packaging.

  • Order Processing Time: 3-5 working days
  • Shipping Time: 4-7 working days
  • Sea Freight: 20-30 natural days

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Customized orders will require an extra 7 working days based on the above timeframe.

POTENTIAL DELAYS

While we strive to meet our standard lead times, some orders may experience extended delivery times due to warehouse and carrier capacity constraints. Should your order face any delays, our Customer Services team will promptly notify you via email.

ORDER TRACKING

Delivery times commence upon order acceptance, which includes a 24-hour processing and dispatch period on business days. Upon packaging, a shipping confirmation email with delivery details and a tracking link will be sent to you. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.

DELAYED DELIVERY / LOST PACKAGE

In the event of unforeseen delays or package losses, we maintain regular communication with our customer service team to keep you informed. We utilize real-time tracking to assess delays and explore alternative shipping options.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled before entering the processing stage for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, returns can be arranged upon receiving the package.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply upon the package's arrival, and recipients are responsible for settling these fees. HiLamps.com is not liable for any such charges, and recipients must adhere to local postal regulations regarding restricted items.
