Eligibility Criteria

You have a 60-day window, starting from the date of product delivery, to initiate a return. Please note that customized items are not eligible for return. To qualify for a refund, the returned products must be in their original packaging and in new/unused condition.

Refund Policy

Within the first 60 days of receiving your order, if there are any manufacturing defects, you can return any lighting fixture or related product for a full refund, including the return shipping cost. If there are no manufacturing defects and you simply change your mind, you can still return the product, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at service@hilamps.com, specifying the items you wish to return and the reason.
2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the correct shipping address and additional instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package: Ensure that all components are securely sealed in their original packaging, including all packaging materials.
4. Take Photos: Before shipping, take photos of the inside and outside of the package to verify that the products are in their original condition.
5. Shipping: Choose your preferred shipping carrier for the return; however, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Print your order confirmation email and include it in the return package.
6. Notify Us: Email us that you have sent the return and provide your tracking number.
7. Wait for Processing: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your items.
8. Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the return is completed. Depending on your bank and credit card company, please allow up to 7-14 business days for the credit to be finalized.

Shipping

We recommend purchasing insurance for the shipment in case of damage during the return process. Choose your preferred shipping carrier, but note that you are responsible for the shipping cost.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank and credit card company, please allow up to 7-14 business days for the credit to be finalized.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be considered as returns and repurchases.

Additional Information

Ensure that all components of returned items are securely sealed in their original packaging. If returned products arrive damaged or used, we will not be able to provide a refund. Items must be returned before we can issue any refund.

Order Cancellation

Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after placing the order. After that, you can still cancel as long as the products have not been shipped, but a $50 processing fee will be charged. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard sea freight shipping on all orders. For customers who prefer faster delivery, we also offer an air freight option. If you would like to choose air freight, please contact us directly. The logistics carrier will calculate the air freight charges. After deducting the original sea freight cost, which we cover, the additional air freight fee will be your responsibility. Any excess air freight charges paid, beyond the actual shipping cost, will be refunded to you.

The sea freight route is as follows: China -> US (or other country) port -> your address.

Once the goods arrive at the port, the package will be handled by carriers such as FedEx or CEVA, who will transport the package to your address and ensure delivery to your doorstep for signature confirmation.

Lead Time

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-4 weeks from order placement to delivery.

• Order Processing Time: 1-5 working days
• Shipping Time: 4-7 working days (Air Freight)
• Sea Freight: 20-30 natural days
• Customized Orders: Additional 7 working days

Please note: In most cases, after the lamp's packaging is disassembled and reinforced for added security, the overall size becomes smaller. This reduction refers to the packaging dimensions, not to the lamp itself. We typically use DHL Express for shipping these smaller packages, with delivery times ranging from 4 to 6 days. In some areas, delivery may even be as quick as 3 days, as illustrated in the diagram below. However, for larger lamps, even after disassembly and reinforcement, the package size may still be quite large. Considering the transportation costs in such scenarios, we must ship by sea.

Potential Delays

Delivery times may vary due to warehouse and carrier capacity constraints. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details and a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delayed Delivery / Lost Package

We use real-time tracking to monitor delays and explore alternative shipping options if necessary.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before processing for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but returns can be arranged upon receipt of the package.

Taxes and Duties

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply upon package arrival, and recipients are responsible for these fees. Our website does not charge any taxes or fees.
